What the team does:

Preparing financial statements

Preparation of business activity statements

Directing finance related examinations, undertaking reviews and prompting on issues such as capital financing, suspected frauds, and taxation

Liaising with clients, ATO and other regulatory bodies

Payable and procurement involvement

Liaising with top management and business analysts and providing assurance about the precision of data contained in financial reports and their consistency with statutory prerequisites

Tax planning and advisory work revolving

Maintaining accounting systems and application of computer-based accounting systems

Direct communication with client and handling queries as required

Administration for the team as required

Accounts payable and receivable

Bank reconciliation

Preparation of month-end statements and financial reports including PAYG and BAS

Invoicing and overseeing direct debit payments
